I absolutely love Aleeshas yoga class and I look forward to it every Wednesday, I train at the gym with weights most days, so I find it an amazing recovery for my muscles. The class is challenging yet great for all levels, as Aleesha explains alternatives for those who may need it.
Aleesha emphasises the importance of breath and mindfulness, creating a peaceful and calming environment.
Aleesha explains all the positions clearly and provides helpful adjustments to help us deepen our practice. I recommend the class to anyone who has wanted to begin their practice in yoga.
