Service Description
Hiya Yogi! What a better way to flow into your weekend than with Yogi Spirit out in the fresh air and sunshine! Radiata Park is perfect for the kids to play while we mindfully move our beautiful bodies. Learn how to move with your breath, center yourself, build your strength and confidence, improve flexibility and connect with others on a Saturday Morning. All levels are welcome as modified poses are always offered. Please bring along your mat, hat, and any props you desire. Water and sunscreen are a must also. Cancellation Policy
Conditions: Deposit non-refundable, no refunds for unattended classes. If a class is cancelled you will be provided with a refund for that class only. No classes 12th & 19th July (School hols)
